Welcome to the Department of Civil Engineering
The Department of Civil Engineering is one of the founding departments of Bogura Science and Technology University (BSTU). It currently offers both a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science (Engineering) in Civil Engineering.
What sets this department apart is its strong foundation in classical civil engineering disciplines combined with a forward-looking emphasis on sustainable infrastructure, smart construction technologies, and resilient urban development.
The department is led by highly qualified faculty members and supported by state-of-the-art laboratories, including Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Transportation Engineering labs, ensuring that students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on experience.
